As global uncertainties from the COVID-19 pandemic will likely presist in the coming months, we have made the painful but necessary decision to cancel our 35th APAO 2020 Congress in Xiamen, China, from August 5 to 9, 2020. The safety of our ophthalmic fraternity and corporate partners, and their families and friends, is always our top priority.
While the APAO 2020 Congress is canceled, the 25th Congress of the Chinese Ophthalmological Society (CCOS) is still currently planned to take place in Xiamen, China, from August 5 to 9, 2020.
